Change it up

We’re sure you’d agree that eating the same thing every day would definitely get boring – variation is key! Don’t forget to ask your Consultant for meal ideas, we also have lots of yummy recipes for you to try.

Try mixing-up your products, here are a few of our favourite product hacks, Lemon and Lime Cheesecake, Chocolate Mint Truffles and Iced Coffee.

Save, save, save

Does your lunchtime involve buying lunch out? All that money soon adds up! Stick those fivers or pound coins in a jar and see how much you could save from now until Christmas. It might just buy you a Christmas party outfit!

Pick the perfect lunchbox

Treat yourself to cool new lunchbox. ‘Bento style’ lunch boxes are everywhere right now and have handy little compartments for different foods. Our favourite is this cute one from Sass & Belle.

Don’t forget to stay hydrated

Remember to get in your four pints of fluid a day. Try switching up your water with a fruit or herbal tea or our delicious Water Flavourings, if you haven’t already.

Note to self – you’ve got this!

Include a post-it note with your favourite motto or quote to keep you on track, motivated and focused for the rest of the day. We like this one – ‘success is the sum of small efforts repeated everyday’.

Take a break

Step away from that desk! Whether it’s getting five minutes of fresh air or doing a puzzle, stepping away from your workspace will do you the world of good.

Routine

Try your best to have a set time for your lunch every day to help get your body and mind into a routine.
